Keir Milan is a founding Director of International Conference Systems ("ICS"), a language service company, which was established in 1988. A graduate of Rutgers State University, Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.), Accounting and Finance, also attended University of Southern California for Business Administration and Management.
Keir has lead the growth and development of the company and is responsible for sales and marketing at ICS. The company has grown in sales and experienced ongoing annual growth with the help of his dedicated team. ICS provides highly technical document and conference language interpretation services for meetings and conferences to clients, including McDonald's, IBM, The John Paul Getty Institute, Siemens, The Aspen Institute, Chiefs of Defense Pacific Command and The National Democratic Institute. Conferences have been conducted throughout the United States and in over forty countries.
Keir is a firm believer in giving back to the community and dedicated to helping underserved youth in the greater Los Angeles area, building and renovating group homes for mentally impaired children and young adults. His travels have enabled him to assemble an art collection with artists that have collections displayed at the Berlin Jewish Museum, Shanghai Museum and the Annenberg collection. Keir manages various residential and commercial properties which utilize Intelligent Building Management Systems (BMS) and SMART Home Technologies.
Keir’s relationship with the Payne family spans over two decades while working with the Aspen Institute, an organization whose mission is to foster leadership based on enduring values and to provide a nonpartisan venue for dealing with critical issues. He shares the same passion as Donald, Sr. with his ongoing desire to impact the lives of young adults through education both domestically and abroad. Keir is committed to the success of the Donald M. Payne, Sr. Global Foundation.
